Generally there are two types of cover available:

Listed (Defined) Events – Usually the cheaper of the two covers available. Cover is restricted to the listed events specified in the policy wordings.  Covers such as:

-Burglary/Theft

-Malicious Damage

-Fusion/Electric motor burnout

-Bursting or leaking of pipes

-Breakage of Glass

Accidental Damage – Covers your buildings and/or contents for any accidental damage or accidental loss that occurs
